As bacteria or other disease-causing microorganisms try to go inside your body, our body cells wake up and try to fight with these bacteria. The cells released by our body are called the part of our body immune system. But it fails sometimes to protect your body because your immune system was not active and does not have the ability to fight with the bacteria or other disease-causing microorganisms. Move to the Healthy Lifestyle

If you are a vegetarian you’ll take dairy products such as milk, cheese, cottage cheese, curd and anything else you like.
Doing Exercise
If you exercise daily, then what can be better than this. Doing exercise daily is very good for our health and makes our immune system better. If you only eat and do not exercise then your body is not able to digest proteins and vitamins in the food properly. You have to exercise daily to make your digestive system better. If you are thinking of doing exercise, then the gym is the best place for you to do exercise. If you have not much time to go to the gym, then you should do exercise at your home in the morning. If you do not have the gym equipment at your home, then you should do yoga daily. If you can, it will be good for you if you give more time to exercise. You do not need so much time for exercise, if you can do exercise for 1-2 hours you will get the benefit of it too.
